【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresforthemeasurementoftheextreme-pressure(EP)andantiwearpropertiesoflubricatingoilsandfluidsbymeansofthefourballmachine.TheconditionsoftestarethosethatapplyinEuropeandotherareasthathavesimilarelectricalsupplycharacteristics(200Vto250V,50Hz).InNorthAmerica,theconditionsoftestareslightlydifferent,butprovideasimilarrankingofthelubricatingpropertiesoffluids.Thetestconditionsarenotintendedtosimulateparticularserviceconditions,buttoprovideinformationoverarangeofstandardconditionsforthepurposeofresearch,development,qualitycontrolandfluidranking.Theoutputisusedinlubricantspecifications.

【摘要】:ISO12213specifiesmethodsforthecalculationofcompressionfactorsofnaturalgases,naturalgasescontainingasyntheticadmixtureandsimilarmixturesatconditionsunderwhichthemixturecanexistonlyasagas.Itisdividedintothreeparts:thispartofISO12213givesanintroductionandprovidesguidelinesforthemethodsofcalculationdescribedinISO12213-2andISO12213-3.Part2givesamethodforusewherethedetailedmolarcompositionofthegasisknown.Part3givesamethodforusewherealessdetailedanalysis,comprisingsuperiorcalorificvalue(volumetricbasis),relativedensity,carbondioxidecontentand(ifnon-zero)hydrogencontent,isavailable.Bothmethodsareapplicabletodrygasesofpipelinequalitywithintherangeofconditionsunderwhichtransmissionanddistribution,includingmeteringforcustodytransferorotheraccountingpurposes,arenormallycarriedout.Ingeneral,suchoperationstakeplaceattemperaturesbetweenabout263Kand338K(approximately-10℃to65℃)andpressuresnotexceeding12MPa(120bar).Withinthisrange,theuncertaintyofpredictionofbothmethodsisabout0,1%providedthattheinputdata,includingtherelevantpressureandtemperature,havenouncertainty.ThemethodgiveninPart2isalsoapplicable(withincreaseduncertainty)tobroadercategoriesofnaturalgas,includingwetorsourgases,withinawiderrangeoftemperaturesandtohigherpressure,forexampleforreserviororundergroundstorageconditionsorforvehicular(NGV)applications.ThemethodgiveninPart3isapplicabletogaseswithahighercontentofnitrogen,carbondioxideorethanethannormallyfoundinpipelinequalitygas.Themethodmayalsobeappliedoverwiderrangesoftemperatureandpressurebutwithincreaseduncertainty.Forthecalculationmethodsdescribedtobevalid,thegasmustbeaboveitswaterandhydrocarbondewpointsattheprescribedconditions.ThisInternationalStandardgivesalloftheequationsandnumericalvaluesneededtoimplementbothmethod.Itisplannedtomakeverifiedcomputerprogramsavailable(seeAnnexB).

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversameansforthediscriminationbetweensolidandliquidmaterialswhichwillnotburninairwhenexposedtoatemperatureof1500?F(815.5?C)foraperiodof5minandthosewhichwilligniteandburnunderthesameconditions.Thistestmethodmaybeappliedtoanysubstancewhichisasolidorliquidatambienttemperatureandpressure.Thepurposeofthistestmethodistoprovideameansfortheclassificationoftheflammabilityhazardofmaterialsofhazarddegrees(F=0)and(F=1)orboth,inaccordancewiththedefinitionsofdegreesofflammabilityhazardasdefinedbyNFPA704(par.3.2.1).Thistestmethodshouldbeusedsubjecttothelimitationsthatnosinglefirehazardpropertysuchasflashpoint,ignitiontemperature,ortheperformanceundertheconditionsofthepresentmethodshallbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofamaterial,product,assemblyorsystemunderactualfireconditions.Firehazardpropertiesmeasuredundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsmay,nevertheless,beemployedtodescribeproperlytheresponseofmaterials,products,assembliesorsystemsundersaidcontrolledconditions.Propertiesmeasuredundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsmaybeusedaselementsofhazardorriskassessmentonlywhensuchassessmenttakesintoaccountallofthefactorsthatarepertinenttotheevolutionofthefirehazardofagivensituation.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardisusedtopredictorprovideaquantitativemeasureofthefirehazardfromaspecifiedsetoffireconditionsinvolvingspecificmaterials,products,orassemblies.Thisassessmentdoesnotnecessarilypredictthehazardofactualfireswhichinvolveconditionsotherthanthoseassumedintheanalysis.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
