【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamodelfortherecordingandexchangeoflearnerachievementinformationamongstudentmanagementinformationsystems,aswellastheaggregationofinformationbythirdpartysuppliers.ThemodelproposedwithinthisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtodefinetherepresentationoftheentirespectrumofLearnerMobilityinformation-thescopeofthestandardisrestrictedtothedefinitionoftheelectronicrepresentationofofficial,institutionallyattestedachievementinformationforlearnersengagedinformallearningprocesses,inordertofacilitateitsrecordingandsubsequentexchangewithintheEuropeaneducationarea.AchievementInformationstructuredandpresentedincompliancewiththisstandardmay,ofcourse,beusedforotherpurposes-forinstance,toprovidedescriptionsofachievementtoenrichalearner-ownedreport,intermsofane-portfolio.However,guidanceonthespecificationandtheorganisationofinformationforpurposesotherthantherepresentationofformalachievementreportsisoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandarddefinesrefinementstotheEuroLMAImodelforrepresentingtheEuropassDS.TheEuropassDiplomaSupplementApplicationProfileofEuroLMAI,infullcompliancewiththeEuropassrequirements,focusesontheexpressionofinformationregardingthequalificationawardedtoalearneruponcompletionofaformaleducationalprogramme.Theproposedprofileisneededforthegeneralpurposesof:?theexploitationofacademicachievementsabroad:incontinuingeducationorinseekingjobopportunities;?theadmissionofstudentsorgraduatesinhomeandEuropeanuniversities:acknowledgmentofcreditsortransferofcreditsaccumulatedinhomeinstitutionsmovingfromoneuniversitytoanother;?theexpressionofthelevel,contentandnatureofqualificationstopotentialemployersbothnationallyandataEuropeanlevel;?theenhancementofinternalandEuropeanstudentmobility,fromauniversitytoanother,orfromonebranchofstudiestoanother;?theproperintegrationofforeignworkersintoacountry'semploymentsetting;?thenormalisationofhighereducationqualifications,eitherinacademicornon-academicpaths;?theestablishmentofgoodpracticesintherecognitionproceduresofqualificationsamongHigherEducationInstitutions.
