【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR11688providesthephysicalbackgroundforthelow-noisedesignrulesandexamplesgiveninISO/TR11688-1andsupportstheuseofextensivespecialliterature.Itisintendedforusebydesignersofmachineryandequipmentaswellasusersand/orbuyersofmachinesandauthoritiesinthefieldoflegislation,supervisionorinspection.EquationsgiveninthisTechnicalReportwillimprovethegeneralunderstandingofnoisecontrol.Inmanycasestheyallowacomparisonofdifferentversionsofdesign,buttheyarenotusefulforthepredictionofabsolutenoiseemissionvalues.Informationoninternalsoundsources,transmissionpathsandsoundradiatingpartsofamachineisthebasisfornoisecontrolinmachines.Thereforemeasurementmethodsandcomputationalmethodssuitabletoobtainthisinformationaredescribedinclauses7and8andannexA.note:1)ISO/TR11688-1:1995,Acoustics—Recommendedpracticeforthedesignoflow-noisemachineryandequipment—Part1:Planning.

【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversclaytilesintendedforuseasroofcoveringwheredurabilityandappearancearerequiredtoprovideaweather-resistantsurfaceofspecifieddesign.1.2Tilesaremanufacturedfromclay,shale,orsimilarnaturallyoccurringearthysubstancesandsubjectedtoheattreatmentatelevatedtemperatures(firing).Theheattreatmentmustdevelopafiredbondbetweentheparticulateconstituentstoprovidethestrengthanddurabilityrequirementsofthisspecification(seefiringandfiredbondinTerminologyC43).1.3Tilesareshapedduringmanufacturebymolding,pressing,orextrusionanditispermittedtousetheshapingmethodtodescribethetiles.1.4Tilesaregenerallyplanarorundulatingrectangularshapesavailableinavarietyofcross-sectionalprofiles,shapes,sizes,surfacetextures,andcolors.1.5Threegradesoftilehavingvariousdegreesofresistancetoweatheringarecoveredinthisspecification.Threetypesoftilearedefinedtocoverthefeaturesthatinfluenceappearance.1.6Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
