【摘要】:ThispartofISO1268specifiesthegeneralprinciplestobefollowedwhileinjectionmouldingtestspecimensofbulkmouldingcompound(BMC)andgivesdetailsofmoulddesignsforpreparingonetypeofspecimenforuseinestablishingreproduciblemouldingconditions.Whereappropriate,thispartofISO1268maybeappliedtosheetmouldingcompound(SMC)formulatedforinjectionmoulding.Itspurposeistopromoteuniformityindescribingthemainparametersofthemouldingprocessandalsotoestablishuniformpracticeinreportingmouldingconditions.Theparticularconditionsrequiredforthereproduciblepreparationoftestspecimenswhichwillgivecomparableresultswillvaryforeachmaterialused.TheseconditionsaregivenintheInternationalStandardfortherelevantmaterialoraretobeagreeduponbetweeninterestedparties.NOTETestshaveshownthatmoulddesigninanimportantfactorinthereproduciblepreparationoftestspecimens.ThispartofISO1268isintendedtobereadinconjunctionwithISO1268-1.
