【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidelinestothestandardswriterinselectingthermal-insulationmaterialpropertiesforstandardsusedinbuildingapplications.Theseguidelinesarenotintendedtoprovethesuitabilityofanyparticularproductforanygivenapplication.Whenstandardsareestablishedorexistingspecificationsarerevisedonthebasisoftheseguidelines,theperformancecharacteristicsintheseguidelinesshouldbetranslatedintoproductrequirements(specifiedvalues)intheInternationalStandardforaproductorapplication,togetherwithappropriatetestmethods,whichmustbefulfilledatthetimeofdelivery,inordertoensurethattheproductprovidestheperformancerequirementsinservice.Thisrelationshipbetweenspecifiedvaluesfortheproductandtheserviceperformancecharacteristicoftheproductinusecanbedifferentfordifferentinsulatingproducts,dependingonthecharacteristicofthematerial(e.g.ageingortime-dependentbehaviour).ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytoprefabricatedthermal-insulationproducts,i.e.manufacturedmatsandboardsincludinganyfacingsorcoveringswhichmaybepresent,althoughthebasiccharacteristicsmayalsobeappliedtootherinsulationproducts,e.g.insituinsystemsorcomponents,whereappropriate.TheInternationalStandardcoversonlythermal-insulationproductsforuseinbuildingswithinnormalclimaticconditions.Itdoesnotcoverinsulationproductsforbuildingservices,e.g.plumbingandheating,norinsulationproductsforindustrialuse.AcousticpropertiesarenotincludedinthepropertiesgiveninthisInternationalStandard,althoughthesemaybeadditionallyrequiredforsomefieldsofapplication.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatestmethodfordetectionofpotentiallycorrosivesulphurinusedandunusedmineralinsulatingoil.Mostrecentfailuresduetocorrosivesulphurarerelatedtotheformationofcoppersulphidedepositsinandonthesurfaceofwindingcellulosicpaper.Thetestmethodusesacopperconductor,wrappedwithonelayerofpaper,immersedintheoilandheatedtoevaluatethecapabilityoftheoiltoyieldcoppersulphideandtransferittopaperlayers.Thegrowthofcoppersulphideonbarecoppermaycausethepresenceofconductiveparticulatesintheoil,whichcanactasnucleiforelectricaldischargeandmayleadtoafault.Othertestmethodsexistusingabarecopperstripimmersedinoilandheatedtodetectthecorrosivebehaviourofoilagainstcopper.ASTMD1275MethodBisalsousedforthistestandamodifiedprocedureusinglowoilvolumesisincludedinAnnexA.Testswithandwithoutpaperareconsideredascomplementaryandmayleadtodifferentresults.
